Welcome to Uniform Headquarters, formerly known as Barbara's Uniforms! Originally established in 1970, the business was purchased by Trin and Kimberly Davis in 1994, and has been proudly run as a family-owned business ever since. Their dedication to providing high-quality service and apparel has allowed us to continue growing and serving our community for over five decades.
With four convenient locations across western Kentucky, including our flagship store which also serves as our corporate headquarters, we are your go-to source for all things professional attire. We also have satellite stores inside local hospitals—Mercy Health Lourdes and Baptist Health Paducah—as well as a location in Murray, KY. Our goal is to make sure you’re always close to the best in medical uniforms, no matter where you are.
Additionally, we’re excited to bring the store directly to you! Our Mobile Scrub Truck is ready to visit your facility, making it easier than ever to shop for high-quality workwear without leaving the workplace.
